Who we are
Our path began back in 1997, when we began to study various areas of artificial intelligence. Even then, it was clear that over time, machines and algorithms would help people in their daily lives. Since then, we have implemented a huge number of projects (chatbots, voice assistants, neural networks) for banks, telecommunications companies, and other industries. So our team gradually grew with AI enthusiasts, including graduates of some of the best universities, as well as candidates of science and very talented developers. Together we undertook solving, in our opinion, the most interesting task - teaching machines to understand and communicate with people. And we do it very well.
Why we made SOVA
Our goal is to implement a project with a strong non-profit component that would be useful to the IT community and, in turn, the masses. We immediately decided to follow the path of Open Source so that anyone could create a text or voice virtual assistant.
We are delighted that devices such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home are coming into our lives, gaining popularity and providing benefits. With our own colossal experience working with large customers, we were convinced that chatbot technology is not just a necessity or a race to see what can be hyped the most - people are really ready to connect with robotic systems, and they even like it.
Virtual assistants are a new milestone in the history of human and technological progress. And for our team, it is also the realization of the long-held dream of General AI.
